The Cascade Outdoor Shower combines warm cedar construction with a clean, modern fixture package designed for pools, patios, hot tubs, and other outdoor living spaces. A rainfall showerhead, handheld sprayer, lower spout, and easy-access controls give you flexible everyday use, while the slatted cedar panel and matching platform create a finished, built-in look without overpowering the space.

Its compact footprint makes it easy to incorporate into a wide range of backyard layouts, with hot and cold water connections positioned at the rear for a cleaner installation.
Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Rural delivery surcharges may apply depending on the destination.

Orders are typically processed within 12-24 hours, Monday through Friday. Standard ground shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days, while larger LTL freight shipments may take 7-20 business days.

A residential or business delivery address is required. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the shipment in transit.
Warranty

The ALEKO Cascade Outdoor Shower is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, weather exposure beyond normal use, or freeze-related damage may not be covered.

Return, Damage and Order Issues

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply, and a restocking fee may be charged depending on the condition of the returned product.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice visible shipping damage, document it with photos and contact Lems Supply promptly before installation or assembly.

If any parts are missing, damaged, or defective, contact us with your order information and photos of the issue. We’ll work with the supplier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or another remedy depending on the situation.

Orders that have already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and may need to be handled as a return.
