Shipping is included in the listed price for eligible deliveries within the continental United States. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

Return, Damage and Order Issues

Please inspect your Ohio Flame order as soon as it arrives. If the fire pit is damaged, defective, or otherwise arrives with an order issue, contact Lems Supply promptly with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem so we can coordinate the next steps with Ohio Flame.

For shipping-related damage or defects, Ohio Flame should be notified within 15 days of delivery. For LTL freight shipments, any visible damage should also be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrectly ordered products require prior approval. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund. Products must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition with the original packaging and paperwork.

Orders canceled after acceptance may also be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please contact Lems Supply before returning or canceling an order so we can confirm the correct process.
