Warranty

WPPO provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date the oven is shipped. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the oven body, floor, ventilation, finishes, stand, door, internal dome welding, and included accessories.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, over-firing, unauthorized fuels or accessories, thermal shock, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches or fading, minor floor cracking, or damage caused by severe weather or other external events.

For warranty claims, keep your order information and be prepared to provide the oven model number, invoice number, installation date, photos, and a description of the issue.
