The Ohio Flame Liberty Fire Pit with Hollow Base ships directly from Ohio Flame. The 24", 30", and 36" sizes ship by Ground service, while the larger 42" and 48" sizes ship by LTL freight because of their size and weight.

Shipping is included in the listed price for eligible deliveries within the continental United States. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

For LTL freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Please inspect the shipment carefully when it arrives. If there is any visible damage, note it with the carrier and contact Lems Supply promptly so we can help coordinate the next steps with Ohio Flame.

Ohio Flame backs the steel fire bowl with a Lifetime Warranty and says its thick-gauge American steel is guaranteed not to rust through, rot, or warp during the owner’s lifetime. The natural patina forms at the surface and helps slow further oxidation.
Will the natural steel finish rust or change color?

Yes. The natural steel finish is designed to develop an iron-oxide patina and gradually darken over time. Ohio Flame describes this as part of the normal weathering process, not a defect. 
How thick is the steel on the Liberty Hollow Base?

Return, Damage and Order Issues

Please inspect your Ohio Flame order as soon as it arrives. If your fire pit is damaged, defective, or otherwise arrives with an order issue, contact Lems Supply promptly with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem so we can coordinate the next steps with Ohio Flame.

For shipping-related damage or defects, Ohio Flame should be notified within 15 days of delivery. On LTL freight shipments, any visible damage should also be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrectly ordered products require prior approval. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund. Products must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition with the original packaging and paperwork.

Orders canceled after acceptance may also be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please contact Lems Supply before returning or canceling an order so we can confirm the correct process.
